We want you to love your Dan & Phil merch, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original bag or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip or a note with your order details.

  Attach the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or address your package to our returns warehouse as instructed in the portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
